Designing for Change: A Transit-Oriented Innovation District
Praxisma contributed to the early-stage visioning and urban design of a new innovation district located within a major metropolitan corridor in Southeast Asia. With a strong focus on transit integration and knowledge-based industries, the district was planned as a mixed-use urban hub combining research facilities, housing, open space, and commercial areas. Our role included shaping the spatial framework, mobility strategy, and design guidelines to ensure long-term flexibility and economic resilience. The project is now a strategic growth area, catalyzing investment and shaping the region’s approach to transit-oriented urban development.
